The Confirmed Conditionals List: http://tinyurl.com/cslconditionals Confirmed Conditionals acts as a more hassle-free way of following Conditional Participation, that only consists of one recording rather than multiple. In order to do so you must have a Mario Kart Wii disc (no ISOs will be accepted for Confirmed Conditionals!) associated with either the NTSC-U region, PAL region, or NTSC-J region, and the CTGP-R channel. Procedure: Example 1. Load Mario Kart Wii using any method that depends on the disc, and that shows your disc's region (this means CTs are OFF for this procedure, and THIS PROCEDURE ONLY; CTs will be ON in matches). 2. Connect to Wiimmfi. 3. Have a CSL admin or moderator join a room you have opened. They will have a recording of the FC they're joining. 4. Once in a race, allow the CSL admin/moderator to assure that your region line color is either blue, green, yellow, or red--applying to your disc's region. After completing the procedure, you can now play CSL matches without recording or streaming any of your conditionals as long as your FCs are approved and you load through the CTGP-R channel with CTs ON every single time. Any mistakes where a player participates in a match with CTs OFF will result in their conditional for that match being considered done incorrectly and will result in the procedure mentioned in Section X, Rules d.-d.ii. The whole purpose of Confirmed Conditionals is the ability to be able to use the CTGP-R channel with CTs ON without recording or streaming startup and/or gameplay. It is also to avoid being accused of possibly hacking on a Taiwanese or Chinese ISO (they have the same colored line as of those a player would have loading through the CTGP-R channel with CTs ON). Since Friend Codes are fortunately region locked by Nintendo, once Friend Codes are proven to be of a certain region and CTs are turned ON, there is 0% chance that a Taiwanese or Chinese ISO is in use if a player uses approved Friend Code(s). New Friend Code(s) would have to be made for any kind of foreign ISO to be used, and that is why the whole concept of Confirmed Conditionals works! Please note that this does not apply to Korean (NTSC-K) discs, (they are not supported by the CTGP-R channel) or Taiwanese or Chinese discs (for the same reason as Taiwanese or Chinese ISOs). *If you would like to be enrolled in the Confirmed Conditionals Program, contact either myself (kingdecimator), Extream (extreamstuntman1), or Savannah (savannah1110) on Skype.
